You can use our products for personal and commercial use, except:

YOU CAN NOT SELL THESE ON ANY AUCTION SITE OR ANY PERSONAL SITE.
YOU CAN NOT REDISTRIBUTE THESE ON ANY FREE SHARING SITE.
YOU CAN NOT INCLUDE THESE IN ANY CD COLLECTION OR FOR ANY DOWNLOAD.
THESE CAN NOT BE REDISTRIBUTED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM OTHER THAN:
-The images MAY be used for any personal or commercial project as long as they are not used “as they are.” This means you have to incorporate them into other images or put your own elements before you can claim them as “derivative designs.”
-The images MAY be incorporated into both personal and commercial designs and sold or given away as “derivative” works IF the original image cannot be extracted from the final work.
-The images MAY NOT be shared with friends or in file sharing groups. You MAY NOT redistribute them or claim as your own. The license is not transferable.
-You MAY use backgrounds for your personal and commercial artwork, collages, photo manipulations, as photography backdrops, in scrap booking, in tags, websites, greeting cards, postcards, other printable things, etc.
-You MAY make and sell prints of your artworks.
-For your personal usage you MAY print them as they are.
-You MAY NOT use the backgrounds in whole or as cropped/cut out elements to create competitive backgrounds.
-The images MAY NOT be shared separately or included in another resource pack (as they are) for sale or for free.
-You MAY NOT sell the images in a printed form as they are – they are meant to be used as “backgrounds/backdrops” for commercial projects, for example as backdrops for photographers to Photoshop people into and then sell those images to their portrait clients.
Additional information:
Backgrounds are flat JPEG files. To open them you will need any graphic software that supports JPEG format. They are not available in layers (unless it is specified in product description) and no custom changes on images are possible. What you get is the set of images exactly as you can see them in the previews.
